Dop And Tang proudly offers complimentary shipping on every order within the US. Currently, we adhere to UPS -ground shipping method. We accept American Express®: Discover®, VISA® and MasterCard®, as the payment method. All transactions will be processed through Shop Pay/ Google Pay/ PayPal®. Once payments are confirmed, we will process the order. Everything we ship is fully insured and, as a precaution, we urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing for receipt. Please note shipping time are business days once the product is ready to ship. We make to order to ensure quality and craftsmanship.

At Dop And Tang®, we offer free shipping on every order in all 50 states in the U.S, via United Parcel Service. UPS ground offers cost-effective, guaranteed ground delivery within 1-5 business days for shipments, along with tracking information available 24/7 at no additional cost. All products are made to order. Once they are ready to ship, we will be sending them as UPS ground. Other than UPS ground, no other shipping options will be made available to the customer. We are working to bring you various and faster shipping options soon. *Note: Shipping lead times are for products that are ready to be shipped. Most products require 2-4 weeks to prepare before they can be ready to be shipped. Call if you have any questions on ship times. We cannot guarantee on-time delivery with UPS due to inclement weather or other interference that may cause a delay in delivery. Holiday deliveries could be delayed and Dop And Tang cannot be held responsible or issue refunds for late delivery.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS FOR DELIVERY

Dop And Tang currently does not offer Shipping outside the United States of America however we are working to reach our international customers soon.
14-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Dop And Tang strive to succeed in bringing you high-quality fine jewelry. You have 14 days from the date the shipment is received, to inspect the jewelry and make your final decision. If for any reason you decide not to keep the jewelry, Dop And Tang will accept it back in its original condition, for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple. We do not have inventory on hand for comparison shopping nor do we have “sample” items. This keeps our costs and overhead low, passing the savings on to our customers. Special/Custom Orders and orders with custom sizes, Engraving, Stainless, and Sterling Silver are not refundable. We do not refund shipping fees. Our suggestion for buying online is to always use your local jewelry store as an education on what a product or similar product will look like. This will avoid any surprises.
OUR RETURN PROCESS
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Please be sure you have had your finger size checked by a professional jeweler. Returns with no Dop and Tang return code and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. Return Instructions To return a diamond or jewelry item to Dop And Tang, follow our three-step process:
1. YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE.
Email us at info@dopandtang.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code and issued a return label. Write this code on the bottom of your original invoice. Make a copy of the original invoice for your records. Print your assigned return label.
2. PACKAGE YOUR RETURN.
Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Dop And Tang anywhere on the outside of the box. We do not refund shipping fees
3. ATTACH PROVIDED RETURN LABEL.
Please print and stick the provided return label securely to your package. Ensure other labels are removed and bar code is visible. Hand off the package at the nearest UPS drop-off. Be careful not to throw or drop packages as this may damage the jewelry piece. You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at info@dopandtang.com * Dop And Tang will not be responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments. Please allow 1-5 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once the inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. We do not return worn or damaged jewelry. For refunds, please allow an additional 2-10 days.
EXCHANGES/COMPARISON SHOPPING
If you prefer, you may exchange your original items for another selection, provided they are returned within 14 days from the date of shipment. You just have to pay the difference if exchanging for a higher priced item or we'll credit you if it's less. At Dop And Tang, we take great pride in our workmanship and quality. We make all our diamond and gemstone jewelry to order. For this reason, we do not have inventory on hand for comparison shopping nor do we have “SAMPLE” items. This keeps our costs and overhead low, passing the savings on to our customers. Comparison shopping is expensive and creates restocking fees. There is a 30% re-stocking fee for comparison shopping. Comparison shopping is when you buy several similar items from us to see what you like best. We ask you to visit the local jewelry store to find something similar before buying online.
